An inaugural aromatic white blend, utilizing fruit from four vineyards that we farm – Tinderbox, Observatory Hill, Clarence and Otago Bay.
Pinot Blanc / Pinot Gris / Riesling in 40/40/20 proportions.

Whole-bunch pressed, wild co-ferment of the Blanc and Gris portions, the Riesling fruit coming in a little later and blended back.
Mixed fruits, spring blossoms, squishy and pert, all smiles and sunshine.
