The Windrush vineyard is high on Mount Pleasant with underlying Tertiary basalt, casting a panoramic view out to kunanyi (Mt Wellington), South Arm and Bruny Island.
Our 2025 Pinot Noir was harvested on the 18th of April. Destemmed whole berries, fermented by wild yeasts, aged in French oak (20% new). We endeavour to express Pinot Noir that typifies perfume, purity and precision, transporting you to the beautiful wilds of Southern Tasmania.
