Our 2025 Tinderbox Chardonnay was whole-bunch pressed, lightly settled and racked to a single second-fill French oak hogshead for wild fermentation.

Our 2025 Tinderbox Pinot Noir was fermented by wild yeasts with the inclusion of 35% whole clusters, in newer (second and third fill) French oak.

We endeavour to express Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that typifies purity and precision, transporting you to the beautiful wilds of Southern Tasmania.
