The 2021 Anim Windrush Pinot Noir is a blend of five clones from the Windrush vineyard. Located on the fringes of suburbia 10min south of Hobart, the elevated site on Mount Pleasant enjoys vast panoramic views of Mount Wellington, South Arm and Bruny Island.

Hand harvested, fermented wild with 100% de-stemmed whole berries, on skins for nearly 4 weeks. Pressed, settled and racked to neutral oak. Minimal handling and wild malo.
