The 2021 Anim Tinderbox Pinot Noir comprises a combination of clones on a mix of scoria and sandstone from the Tinderbox Vineyard. The breathtaking Tinderbox vineyard is perched at the entrance to the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, with sweeping views across to Bruny Island and Storm Bay.

Hand harvested, fermented wild with 50% whole bunches, on skins for 19 days. Pressed, settled and racked to oak, 20% new. Minimal handling and wild malo.
