The 2021 Anim Clarence Pinot Noir is a blend of seven clones from the Clarence House vineyard. Uniquely positioned in the foothills of Mt Rumney, Clarence House Estate lies in a small corridor amid the Knopwood Hills and Meehan Range, located between Hobart and the Coal Valley.

Hand harvested, fermented wild with 65% whole bunches, on skins for 3 weeks. Pressed, settled and racked to oak, 25% new. Minimal handling and wild malo.
